The Kailash site is not just a location reference, it is the working upstream side of a broader mine-to-product business model.

Simara processing plant

Planned as the value-add and finishing stage.

The proposed Simara Special Economic Zone plant is intended to process extracted material, cut slabs, and support finished stone products.

This is a strategic expansion toward industrial scale and better value addition inside Nepal.

Simara should be described as proposed until the facility is formally commissioned.
